Message Hi!

I'd like to report a new crash bug, which I first encountered while adding
UTF8 support to 1.0.5 and which also just happened with an unpatched
1.0.6 while I tried to reproduce the "bad file descriptor" problem
reported erlier.

What did I do:

* clear WAA area
* create test directory to be managed by fsvs ($HOME/tmp)
* createt empty test repo ($HOME/fsvs_testrepo)
* enter $HOME/tmp
* "fsvs init file:///$HOME/fsvs_testrepo/"
* fsvs sync-repo

After this fsvs dumps core in ac__up_parse_prop. The reason is
that "value" is a null pointer which is dereferend in the DEBUGP-macro
line.

I worked around this problem during my tests by adding a nullpointer check
and a successfull return if "value==NULL" at the start of this function,
I don't know if this could possibly be a proper fix...
