Message It seems that problem is that on earlier revisions svn properties were
not set:

# svn propget -r 25 svn:owner alternatives/netcat.1.gz
# svn propget -r 26 svn:owner alternatives/netcat.1.gz
0 root

Subversion was updated from 1.6.12 to 1.6.17 .
Ufff. Do someone know any way to fix the affected repositories ?
