Well, it doesn't for me:
  $ fsvs diff -r4 update-file.upd
  --- ./update-file.upd Rev. 4 (Mon Mar 5 18:00:43 2007)
  +++ ./update-file.upd Local version (Mon Mar 5 18:01:23 2007)
  @@ -1,2 +1 @@
  -A testline #1
  -A testline #2
  +Another line

What's the matter with your system? Just making trouble, try using a real
OS ;-)

How about a debug log? For the volunteer looking into that?
